Spadea sewing patterns were available by mail order only. They do not have a traditional envelope such as Simplicity, McCall's, etc. They consist of an illustrated instruction sheet (or sheets) and unprinted pattern pieces which are factory pre-cut to exact size. The pattern pieces are perforated for identification. Occasionally a pattern will also have the original mailing envelope with it.
Spadea commissioned some wonderful designers during the 1950's thru 1970's and you'll find some unique and wonderful styles.
