Jacques Heim 1950's Vogue 1153 Dress and Flared Coat Pattern

And exceptional Vintage Vogue Paris Original Model pattern by Jacques Heim from 1951 in unused condition.
The 3/4 length double breasted coat has a flared back, shawl collar, curved welt pockets and 3/4 length kimono sleeves turned back to form cuffs.
The dress has a slim skirt, curved pocket from hip yokes and front shoulder yoke extending to dropped armholes. Top bodice is softly pleated from waistline and loose at underarms.
Size 16; Bust 34; Hip 37.
The green tissue pattern pieces, which are still in original folds, are in sturdy condition with light color aging on the outer fold lines. The instruction page is complete but becoming brittle with some tearing on the fold lines.
The envelope is in nicely preserved, good condition with some moderate color aging and wear just on the edges.
