Dress with front and back box pleats extending from curved yokes. Front tab with button accents and Peter Pan style collar.
Short puffed sleeves with shaped cuffs or long sleeves gathered to sleeve bands.
Panties with buttons at waistband sides and back elastic.
Child's Size 4; Breast 23.
Pattern is complete. Pattern pieces are uncut; not in original folds.
Pattern pieces do have printing.
Envelope has chunk-tear on right edge, as shown. Pattern pieces and instructions are not affected.
