McCall's Cozy Togs Toddler's Dress and Hat Pattern Size 2, 3, 4

Empire dress with sleeve variations. V neck version has front loop and button closure. High round neck version has rounded collar and front button/buttonhole closure.
Hat has faced brim to coordinate with dress trim or collar.
Sizes 2, 3 and 4 are all included.
