1940's Pinafore, Skirt, Panties and Bonnet Pattern Size 4

Vintage Simplicity sewing pattern 2112. Pinafore bib is trimmed with double bias ruffling. Suspender skirt has back buttons and sash. T-shaped bonnet buttons in back. Panties have front yoke and back elastic.
Childs Size 4; Breast 23; Waist 21.
Pattern is complete. The pieces are uncut but not in original folds. Envelope has torn off flap and several edge tears; overall nice condition.
