60's Midriff Gown and Back Buttoned Jacket Pattern Bust 30.5

Vintage Advance sewing pattern 3150. Gown with scoop neckline and shaped midriff section. Full skirt with front section forming a soft inverted pleat. Skirt may extend to slight train in back.
Back buttoned, short jacket with high front neckline and long set-in sleeves.
