Jainchill Vintage Black Velvet Hat with Veil

Black velvet hat with brief scalloped front brim. Interior has velvet covered crown rim and V's that allow some expansion for head size.
Net veil is finished with a velvet covered bead at each end. Interior label reads, Jainchill New Haven.
Two tears to the netting - about the size of a silver dollar. These are in the front upper left. The damaged portion can be gathered up to the brim and there is still 8 inches of veil to drape in the front. Other than the tears, the hat is in beautiful condition. See additional photo below.
