1940's Advance 4159 Girls Topper, Shorts, Skirt Pattern Sz 6

Front tie topper with short kimono sleeves. Shorts and skirt have waistband and side zipper. Please see additional image below.

Pattern is used and complete. Unprinted pattern pieces are precut to size and  have perforated symbols for identification.
