1940's Girls Blouse and Blouse-Petticoat Pattern Size 5

Blouse is softly gathered to forward shoulder seams and has back button closing. Large collar or Peter Pan style collar. Short puffed sleeves or 3/4 sleeves with elastic or full length sleeves with wristbands. Elastic at waistline held in place with seam binding stay.
Blouse-Petticoat Combination (View 1) has back button closing. Flared skirt joins the blouse at waistline.
Girls Size 5; Breast 23.5; Waist 21.5; Hip 25.
Pattern is complete. The pieces have not been cut.
