1940's Girls Blouse and Blouse-Petticoat Pattern Size 10

Front-button blouse with front bodice softly gathered to forward shoulder seams.
Petticoat with a front opening is stitched to the blouse at the natural waistline.
Peter Pan or winged collar. Short puffed sleeves or 3/4 length sleeves with bands or long bishop sleeves.
Girls Size 10; Breast 28; Waist 24; Hip 30.
Cut and complete.
