50's McCall's 4464 Dress, Babushka, Petticoat Pattern Girls 10

Charming graphics on this original vintage sewing pattern from 1958. The dress features a full gathered skirt and full puffed sleeves with self forming ruffles. The plastron extends from the shoulder seams and is secured by a single button at the front center waist. Four button back bodice closing.
The separate petticoat has a ruffle at the hem. The shaped babushka has ties.
Girls Size 10, Breast 28, Waist 24, Hip 30.
Pattern is complete. The pieces have been meticulously cut and folded.  Envelope and contents are excellent condition.
