50's Simplicity 2203 Girls Dress with Plastron Pattern Size 10

Original vintage sewing pattern from 1957 is uncut and in original folds.
A "Simple-to-make" pattern for girls' dress with small collar, gathered skirt and optional plastron.  Sleeves may be long and gathered to wristbands or short. Detachable collar and cuffs. Side zipper closing.
Girls' Size 10, Breast 28, Waist 24, Hip 30.
Envelope and contents are in excellent condition.
