1960's Simplicity Blouse with Sleeve Variations Pattern Bust 42

Blouse with forward shoulder seams can be made sleeveless or with short or long set-in sleeves. The long sleeves are gathered to buttoned cuffs.
All views have notched collar and slit opening in side seams.
