1930's Butterick Deltor Pattern 7723 Day Dress, Jacket Bust 34

Dress has front and back yokes; front yoke has four button closing. Flared cap sleeves extend from yoke and bodice. Six piece skirt with front and back pleats.
Jacket has brief collar and short or long sleeves. Inset breast pockets with welts. Single button/loop closing at neckline.
Size 16; Bust 34; Waist 28; Hip 37.
Uncut, complete and in original folds.
Unprinted pattern pieces, factory pre-cut to size. All instructions are on the accompanying "New Deltor" sheet which has copyright dates of 1919 and 1923.
Those dates are for the Deltor (illustrated) instructions - not for the style of dress.
The pattern is actually from the 1930's.
Overall condition of the envelope and contents is very good; expected color aging of paper but solid, clean and complete.
