1930's Excella 4108 Extended Shoulders Svelte Dress Pattern B34

Misses and women's frock has extended shoulders and may be made with long or short cap sleeves.
The neckline is finished with a flattering collar and vertical skirt seams accent the slim lines. The belt closes under bow.
Size 16; Bust 34; Hips 37.
Pattern is used and complete. One piece (the collar facing) has been transferred to newspaper.
Early to mid 1930's; no date on the envelope. Excella was in business from 1922-1936.  
Materials suggested: Woolly cottons, flat crepe, jersey, linen.
Envelope is aged and wrinkled.
