1940's McCall 5290 Ladies' Culotte Pattern Waist 26

Original vintage sewing pattern from 1943 has not been used. Ladies' culotte with waistband, side button closing and patch pockets.
Waist 26, Hip 33.
Pattern pieces have not been cut and are in very good condition. Instruction page is color aged and becoming brittle but has no damage.
Envelope is quite is color aged and has been recently, carefully mended and reinforced with archival tissue tape. Click on addition image below to view the envelope back.
