1950's Anne Adams 4756 Shaped Bodice Dress Pattern Bust 42

Dress features front buttoned bodice with shaped front and back sections and brief cap sleeves or short or below elbow length sleeves. Slightly flared sectioned skirt. Side zipper placket.
Bust 42; Waist 34; Hip 44.
Unused and complete. Printed pattern pieces. Since this was a mail order sewing pattern there is no traditional envelope/sleeve. Comes with original mailing envelope postmarked 1959.
