1940's WWII Era Simplicity 4647 Fittted Two Piece Dress Pattern

Fitted top with short or 3/4 sleeves and sectioned skirt with waistband.
Top may have collar or "crush and tie end bows" that extend from the shoulder seams.
Bust 40; Waist 34; Hip 43.
Pattern is complete and has been carefully used. Envelope is complete with several taped mends to edges.
