40's Vogue 4213 Midriff Gown with Flowing Pleats Pattern Bst 38

Vintage Vogue Special Design pattern for one-piece dress in long or regulation length with smooth fitting midriff and fullness in both the the blouse and skirt.
The bodice has front fullness confined between the shoulders and diagonal slashes and fastens at center back neck with zipper or loops and buttons.
Long fitted sleeves or below elbow length sleeves gathered at underarm.
The skirt with fullness at back and front concentrated in unpressed pleats, joins the bodice on a shaped lowered waistline. Self fabric belt.
Size 20; Bust 38; Waist 32; Hip 41.
Pattern is complete and the pieces are in unused, excellent condition. Envelope and instruction sheet has yellowed with age but are in good, complete condition.
