1960's Midriff Evening Dress and Jacket Pattern Bust 34

Vintage McCall's sewing pattern 6569. Sleeveless midriff dress with square neckline and slim three-gore skirt. Left side zipper and back pleat.
Lined jacket has 3/4 length unmounted sleeves with underarm gussets. Away-from-neck band collar.
Size 14; Bust 34; Waist 26; Hip 36.
Pattern is cut and complete. Envelope is complete but has wear and tears.
