Flat 3.75 per total order. Buy one item - or twenty items - and you only pay 3.75 total shipping on your entire order.
All shipping is via UPSP First Class or Priority mail with the exception of books which are shipped via Media mail.
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, within 24-48 hours of payment.
Express Overnight mail is available at an additional charge. However, the shopping cart cannot configure Express Overnight fees. You must email me when you place your order to request Express shipping.
Cost for Express varies from $20.00 and up.
International Shipping Rates
Our checkout system is configured for a flat International Shipping Rate of 9.80 on all orders outside of the U.S. and Canada.
International Customers may go through the checkout system and use a Credit Card or Paypal for payment.
However, in some cases your International Shipping Rate will be more than the standard 9.80 charge.
If Paying via Credit Card: (this pertains to international orders only)
You may continue through the entire checkout process. I will email you and inform you if there is any additional international shipping charge beyond the $9.80. Your credit card will not be charged until you respond to my email and approve the additional shipping charges, if any.
If Paying via Paypal: (this pertains to international orders only)
You may continue through the checkout process and make payment (which includes the 9.80 shipping charge).
If your shipping cost runs significantly more than 9.80, I will email you and inform you of the additional shipping cost that is due. Upon your approval, I will issue you an additional invoice through Paypal for that additional cost. If you do not approve of the rate, simply let me know. Your Paypal payment will be refunded immediately and your order will be canceled.
International Shipping Methods
Standard shipping method on International orders is USPS International First Class AIR MAIL
In some cases, Priority Air Mail may be more efficient and cost effective.
Neither of the above have delivery tracking, confirmation or insurance.
Tracking, confirmation and insurance for International orders are only available via USPS EXPRESS mail. (EMS).
We strongly urge you to use the EXPRESS method on large and more valuable orders. Cost varies according to weight and begins at 28.00.
Bulgaria and Italy
Shipping to Bulgaria and Italy is via USPS EXPRESS mail ONLY.
Due to problems with packages reaching their destination via standard First Class air mail in these two countries we have no choice but to ship via EXPRESS mail only to these countries. No exceptions.
Return Policy:
All items are guaranteed as represented.
If the error is ours, a complete refund including shipping will be issued.
To request a refund, email us within 3 days of receipt of item for return instructions.
For buyer's remorse or other circumstances, you must email us within 3 days of receipt of item.
A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the purchase price. This is necessary to cover the payment and refund processing fees we incur, the time involved in removing an item from inventory, the packaging, the examining of the returned item and relisting it.
Shipping is not refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The returned item that we receive must be in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. You are responsible for proper packaging and lost items.
