This particular pattern, Simplicity copyright 1958, has two variations.
It is a Size 16, Bust 36, Waist 28, Hip 38.

The pattern is complete. The pieces are uncut but not quite in original folds.
The envelope is in good, solid condition. Light to average age toning; three small edge tears repaired with archival tissue tape; partial flap.
