Classic 60's Vintage Button Front Dress Pattern Bust 37

Vintage Simplicity sewing pattern number 6586, uncut and in factory folds.
Dress with "Italian-type" collar, front button closing, forward shoulder seams and set-in sleeves. Long sleeves are gathered to buttoned cuffs. Short sleeves have turned back cuffs. Choice of  straight skirt with front gathers or A-line skirt with gathers. Self fabric or purchased belt. Optional top-stitching.
Half Size 16.5; Bust 37; Waist 31; Hip 41.
Pattern is complete.
Envelope has store stamp; average aging; complete flap.
